the location was a plus. i found the hotel very close to attractions. the staff provided assistance with directions. the breakfast included several options.

the room i stayed in was a bit noisy. street sounds were audible late at night. it affected my sleep quality a little bit.

central Location and friendly staff!

pleasant staff great location

the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I found the location unbeatable since it is right in the city center near the cathedral. Everything was impeccably clean and well maintained.

i found the oil painted headboards smelled too much of turpentine. the smell was quite strong and i found it a little bothersome. Perhaps a different finish could resolve this issue.

the staff provided service. the rooms included air conditioning. i used the 24-hour coffee in the breakfast area. the hotel arranged an authentic flamenco show near the hotel.

the walls are thin. noises were easily audible.

The front desk staff was helpful and nice.

The room I got was not good. It seemed like a dungeon with the single bed taking up most of the space. I literally could not believe they rented it. Noise from the lobby and courtyard continued until midnight.

easy access nearby bridge friendly staff warm smile

the location provided easy access to numerous attractions. i walked to the cathedral and alcazar with ease. the isabel ii bridge was also nearby, which i really appreciated. the staff was so friendly, always greeting me with a smile.

the room felt smaller than it looked IN the photos, a slight disappointment.

breakfast offered diverse options. it included fresh bread, meats, juice and yogurt. the coffee was excellent, it made my mornings easier and happier, i could ask for something more.
